  3. Financial Report – Helen McCall (Treasurer)
  4. Annual Report of Management Committee- D Williams (President)
  5. Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members – AGM Vacant Position Form 2025  & AGM Committee Nomination Form 2025

Presiding Officer declares all positions vacant and vacates the chair so Returning Officer can conduct the election.

 

The Annual General Meeting will be followed by a Special General Meeting and the February Club Night.
